Sinopsis

Han Wenlong es un emigrante ilegal, cuyo sueño de trabajar en una obra de construcción en Europa del Este, llegó a su fin mucho antes de que comenzara. Shen Xiaoming es un hombre de negocios que vive suspendido entre dos mundos. Li Jianhua es un periodista que cuenta la historia de una nueva comunidad, encontrada justo al inicio de la carretera. Todas estas historias tienen lugar en algún momento del 2012 - Año del Dragón de Agua en Rumania, un país que comparte, en un determinado momento, un sueño conjunto con China, el sueño socialista.
