Se abre la convocatoria para participar de la 6\u00b0 edici\u00f3n del Festival Internacional CineMigrante, Cine y Formaci\u00f3n en Derechos Humanos de las personas migrantes<\/b> a realizarse entre el 15 y 23 de septiembre<\/b> de 2015, en la Ciudad de Buenos Aires, Argentina, con entrada libre y gratuita.<\/p>\n

Invita a participar a todos aquellos largometrajes, mediometrajes y cortometrajes<\/b> que aborden la tem\u00e1tica migratoria, entendiendo a la migraci\u00f3n desde la simple necesidad de movimiento del cuerpo; desde la acci\u00f3n de caminar un territorio en busca de un sustento; desde la necesidad de salir de un estado de guerra, de conflictividad; desde un movimiento que cruza una frontera f\u00edsica, interna o imaginaria, que sale del estado de indefensi\u00f3n hacia la acci\u00f3n; desde el habitar un nuevo espacio, ocuparlo y modificarlo.<\/p>\n
Se reciben obras en los g\u00e9neros documental, ficci\u00f3n, animaci\u00f3n y experimental<\/b>, producidas con posterioridad al a\u00f1o 2012<\/b>. El l\u00edmite para la recepci\u00f3n de obras<\/b> para participar de la 6\u00b0 Edici\u00f3n es el 5 de agosto de 2015<\/b>.<\/p>\n
El Jurado<\/b> integrado por destacados especialistas en cine, medios, defensa de los derechos humanos e interculturalidad, distinguir\u00e1 al Mejor Largometraje y al Mejor Mediometraje\/Cortometraje con premios para la postproducci\u00f3n o producci\u00f3n<\/b> y premiaciones especiales<\/b> a cargo Signis y organismos de derechos humanos.<\/p>\n
CineMigrante es un espacio cinematogr\u00e1fico que ha convocado a m\u00e1s de 25.400 personas en sus ediciones anteriores <\/b>y en los espacios de encuentro y formaci\u00f3n en derechos humanos de cada edici\u00f3n. El Festival Internacional CineMigrante, es una oportunidad para incorporar, a la agenda cinematogr\u00e1fica y cultural de Argentina<\/b>, producciones de alta calidad<\/b>, no posibles de ser exhibidas en los circuitos comerciales<\/b>. Hoy, CineMigrante se conforma como un espacio cultural y de difusi\u00f3n de derechos con gran repercusi\u00f3n no s\u00f3lo en la Argentina sino en Am\u00e9rica Latina, teniendo una serie de muestras en distintos pa\u00edses de la regi\u00f3n suramericana.<\/p>\n
CineMigrante es un espacio que permite compartir, difundir, visibilizar y sensibilizar acerca de las vivencias, experiencias y problem\u00e1ticas de todas aquellas personas que habitamos este mundo y que, en un momento y por alg\u00fan motivo, hemos decidido salir del lugar donde nacimos y migrar o simplemente movernos<\/b>. Tenemos como objetivo generar instancias de reconocimiento en los otros y en las otras, un reconocimiento de la \u2018otredad\u2019 interna que permita afianzar nuestra identidad<\/b>, contribuir a nuestro conocimiento hist\u00f3rico e individual, reflejarnos en todos y todas para conformarnos nuevamente.<\/p>\n

We understand migration as a condition of the body<\/b>, it is walking along a territory in search of a fruit<\/b>, a sustenance<\/b>; it is to leave behind a war or a conflict<\/b>; it is crossing an inner border<\/b>, a physical or an imagined one<\/b>; it is leaving the state of defenselessness to take action<\/b>; it is inhabiting new spaces<\/b>, occupying them and modifying them<\/b>. This is why the approach<\/b> of the festival is absolutely transversal<\/b>.<\/p>\n Eligible are documentaries, fiction films, animated films and experimental projects<\/b> produced in 2012 or later<\/b>. Deadline<\/b> for the 6th<\/sup> edition is August 5th, 2015<\/b>, that is we receive the material until that day.<\/p>\n A jury<\/b> composed of important personalities\u00a0 from film, media and human rights activists, will award the prizes for the\u00a0 Best Feature, Best medium- length film and Best Short film<\/b> with awards for post-production<\/b> or production<\/b> and special prizes awarded from Signis and human rights organizations.<\/b><\/p>\n CineMigrante is a cinematographic space which attracted more than 25,400 people<\/b> during its past five editions, with screenings, meetings and events in order to raise awareness of human rights<\/b>.\u00a0 The CineMigrante International Festival provides a space for exhibiting films and other audiovisual works (for which it might be difficult or impossible to be shown at commercial venues)\u00a0 to include them in the cinemtographic and cultural agenda of Argentina<\/b>.\u00a0 Today, CineMigrante is a cultural space promoting human rights, with an impact not only on Argentina, but on whole Latin America, having showcases in various latin american countries.<\/p>\n Declared of cultural interest by the Ministry of Culture of Argentina, the Ministry of Human Rights, the Senate, the Argentinian Presidency and the Ministry of Public Defense<\/b>, CineMigrante has the support and works with human rights organizations as well as with the migrant community itself.<\/p>\n CineMigrante is a space for sharing, disseminating, highlighting and raising awareness of the lives, experiences and problems of all the people who inhabit this world and who for any reason, decided to leave their place of birth and migrate.
